01/14: Welcome back Meeting
Our first WIB meeting of the semester was a blast! Members got to connect through engaging icebreakers, and our executive team highlighted all the exciting events and opportunities planned for the semester. The room was filled with energy as both new and returning members met one another and started building connections for the semester ahead.

We’re so excited for what’s to come and can’t wait to see everyone at our upcoming meetings, professional events, and social opportunities throughout the spring!
01/28: networking reception
Our 3rd Annual Spring Networking Reception was a huge success! WIB welcomed over 100 members and professionals from more than 10 companies for an evening centered on connection, career growth, and community. From thoughtful conversations to new professional relationships, the energy in the room truly reflected the strength of our network.

02/11: the north face
Our meeting with Ellie Butler-Musgrove from The North Face was amazing! WIB members had the opportunity to hear firsthand about Ellie’s career journey, insights into working at an iconic global brand, and the realities of navigating the business and outdoor industry. The conversation sparked thoughtful questions and meaningful discussion, highlighting our members’ curiosity and engagement.

We are incredibly thankful to Ellie for taking the time to connect with WIB and share her experiences. Her insights and willingness to invest in our members made a lasting impact on our community.
02/13: february
philanthropy event
We had an amazing time participating in our Spread the Love Food Drive, coming together to collect and donate food for those in need in our community! It was such a meaningful experience to work as a club to give back, spread kindness, and make a positive impact while supporting local families.
02/19:February Membership Event
We had a great time at our Coffee and Donuts Study Break, giving members a chance to relax, recharge, and connect with the WIB Executive Team! It was the perfect opportunity to enjoy some coffee and treats while asking questions, meeting new people, and learning more about ways to get involved in WIB this semester.
02/25:WIB Executive Panel Meeting
We had an amazing time at our WIB Executive Panel, where members had the opportunity to hear directly from our executive team about their career journeys, leadership experiences, and personal advice for making the most of involvement in WIB. It was an inspiring and insightful conversation that allowed members to ask questions, learn from different perspectives, and gain a better understanding of leadership opportunities within the organization while building stronger connections as a community.
03/06:March Philanthropy
We loved volunteering at A Precious Child for our March philanthropy event! Our members spent the afternoon giving back to the community by supporting the organization’s mission to provide children and families in need with essential resources like clothing, school supplies, and everyday necessities. From organizing donations to helping prepare items for distribution, it was a meaningful opportunity to make a tangible impact.
It was incredibly rewarding to support such an inspiring organization, and we left feeling grateful for the chance to give back together as a community.
